REGARDING THE POSITION

Our Customer Support Team serves as the company's public face and offers our millions of customers first-rate front-line assistance. To keep users at the forefront of everything Revolut does, we collaborate with product teams as internal.

We are seeking articulate and highly imaginative people to become Social Media Support Specialists on our team. This position involves providing "WOW" levels of service, not just promptly responding to messages and comments. Rather than script readers, we want quick-thinking problem solvers. We are looking for individuals that we can trust with the Revolut's social media image.

Since we are a worldwide fintech, we must be accessible at all times. This occasionally entails working on the weekends and at night. Although we will pay you for working nights, please keep in mind that this isn't for everyone and keep that in mind before applying.

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO

Delivering an exceptional user experience across all platforms
Working together with global teams to address client concerns
Overseeing the business's accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and Trustpilot
Keeping an eye on and managing the Revolut Community page
Publicly representing the business on user-facing platforms
Using direct messaging to communicate with users and help with problems pertaining to the product
Answering questions about business and retail products
Changing between several social media sites to control interaction and reactions

 


WHAT YOU'LL REQUIRE

English proficiency, compassion, and a desire to assist others
Strong communication skills and the capacity to clearly and simply explain complicated concepts
Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail
Self-driven attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities Self-motivation and adaptability in a team-oriented setting
Previous experience providing customer service
Outstanding IT, writing, and numeracy abilities
