About the Role

As an Investigation Associate, you will be part of Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Team. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and investigate suspicious transactions, detect potential risks, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies. This includes reviewing reports, gathering evidence, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy research, critical thinking, and problem-solving, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate seller transactions for potential risks.
Respond to suspicious activities using standard operating procedures.
Document actions and findings with detailed notes.
Communicate with external clients via phone or email during investigations.
Report discrepancies and issues to relevant teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth resolution.
Work towards achieving quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
Experience: 0–1 year in a similar field is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage and interpret large datasets
Attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

Experience in e-commerce payments, trust & safety, or risk analysis
