FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Respond to consumer inquiries about problems with products or services and find
effective solutions.
Respond to consumer emails with pertinent solutions and process them promptly.
Work together as a team to accomplish the goals and objectives of the process.
PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience in BPO non-voice procedures or related fields for 0–3 years.
English language proficiency for written correspondence.
Outstanding written communication abilities for efficient email management and
composition.
