About the Role
As a MyHR Live Support Advisor, you will be the
first point of contact for Amazon employees, applicants, and candidates,
assisting them with HR-related queries. You’ll work remotely, handling live
phone calls and chats, ensuring every interaction is accurate, empathetic, and
efficient. This role focuses on supporting employees in areas such as payroll,
benefits, time-off, relocations, employment verification, offboarding, and
compensation services.

worldwide, and this position offers the chance to be part of a global, 24/7

Key Responsibilities
- Manage
a high volume of live HR contacts through phone and chat.
- Resolve
queries by using knowledge bases, FAQs, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide
personalized and empathetic support, building trust with employees.
- Handle
sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Respond
quickly to urgent issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate
with partner teams to resolve complex HR cases.
- Maintain
strong performance metrics (first contact resolution, satisfaction scores,
handling time).
- Work
flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnight, to support
global operations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–10+
years of experience in HR, customer service, or contact center roles.
- Excellent
verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
- High-speed
internet connection (50–100 Mbps).
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+
years of HR, contact center, or customer support experience.
- Knowledge
of U.S. leave, disability, and employment laws.
- Experience
handling sensitive HR matters with empathy and discretion.
- Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven
