About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, you
will assist customers via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities
include:
- Assisting
with orders, returns, refunds, and product information
- Resolving
customer issues with a friendly and professional tone
- Using
Amazon tools and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Amazon values individual personality in interactions, so there is no need to follow a strict script. You will receive training to help you confidently address customer concerns.
Requirements

to work in India
- Excellent
written and spoken English
- Basic
computer skills

to work flexible shifts between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. (including
weekends and holidays)
- Dedicated
workspace with desk and chair

internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 10
Mbps upload)
