Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at Zyla Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best customer experience:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships by engaging with all stakeholders effectively.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training on Zyla’s platform, including operations, reporting, and ticket escalation.
  • Conduct Zyla product demonstrations for potential corporate partners.
  • Document customer requirements, identify pain points, and suggest solutions.
  • Run regular check-in meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to review client satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention by reducing churn and improving Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to share customer insights and improve product development.
