Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and others.
  • Produce and share high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content tailored to target audiences.
  • Write and optimize blog articles following SEO best practices to support brand visibility and business goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, generating insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent communication.
  • Keep up with social media trends, algorithms, and new tools to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and building an active online community.
  • Explore influencer collaborations, paid promotions, and content amplification opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify gaps and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and content marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and social media best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Basic understanding of design and multimedia content creation (preferred).
