About the Role – Customer Service Quality Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Service Quality Executive who can help us maintain the highest service standards by monitoring, analyzing, and improving customer interactions.

As part of our Quality team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our advisors deliver the best experience to every client, reflecting Ditto’s values of trust, clarity, and empathy.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer service calls for quality and performance
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance communication and process efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of new quality standards
  • Offer constructive feedback to advisors for continuous improvement
  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve service quality
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain consistency in customer experience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 0–3 years of experience in quality assurance or customer support
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills
  • Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical ability to identify issues and suggest improvements
