We are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist / Customer Support Specialist to help new clients navigate the platform and complete their first successful deposit. This role focuses on smooth customer onboarding—not aggressive sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective communication with new clients.
  • Guide users through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Help customers understand platform features and support them until they make a deposit.
  • Analyze the overall user journey using:
    • Customer feedback
    • Support request data
    • Service statistics
    • Internal testing insights
  • Assist clients across multiple channels:
    • Phone
    • WhatsApp
    • Platform chat
    • Email
    • Push notifications
  • Collaborate closely with management, IT, and support teams to improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries.
  • Sales background is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in English with a clear accent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to understand user behaviour.
