Job Responsibilities
- Build
and maintain effective communication with new clients.
- Guide
users through the registration and onboarding process.
- Help
customers understand platform features and support them until they make a
deposit.
- Analyze
the overall user journey using:

- Assist
clients across multiple channels:

Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience in a similar role within Forex, CFD, or
Crypto industries.
- Sales
background is an added advantage.
- Strong
proficiency in English with a clear accent.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical
mindset and ability to understand user behaviour.
