Representative (Fintech)
Bolsterbiz is looking for a passionate and proactive Customer
Support Representative to join its growing fintech team. This role is ideal
for an energetic self-starter who enjoys interacting with customers and taking
ownership of the customer journey from day one.
As the first point of contact, you will represent the
company while handling customer queries through email, chat, phone calls,
and text messages related to products, accounts, and transactions. Since
Bolsterbiz serves U.S.-based customers, availability during Pacific (U.S.)
time zone hours is mandatory.
About the Role
Customer Support is a critical function at Bolsterbiz.
You will be the voice of the company, ensuring customers have a smooth,
positive, and supportive experience. The role requires empathy, patience, and
the ability to remain calm while handling sensitive or complex situations.
You will also act as a bridge between customers and
internal teams, helping improve products and overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond
to customer queries via email and chat within defined timelines
- Schedule
and participate in customer phone calls
- Troubleshoot
customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Document
technical issues and deviations from product specifications
- Share
customer feedback with management, product, and engineering teams
- Collaborate
with product and tech teams to help resolve bugs and technical concerns
- Contribute
insights that help shape the product roadmap and customer experience
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term customer
relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum
2+ years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent
communication skills (phone, email, and chat)
- Hands-on
experience with tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack
- Knowledge
of defining and tracking support KPIs
- Ability
to work during Pacific U.S. time zone hours
- Self-motivated,
proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
