Role:
Email Marketing Analyst (WFH – Remote)
We are
hiring a Work From Home Email Marketing Analyst to support our growing
email marketing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational
digital marketing experience who want to deepen their expertise in campaign
analytics, segmentation, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
You will
contribute directly to improving campaign performance, identifying insights,
and executing data-backed email marketing strategies—all while working remotely
from Pune.
Key
Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on
email KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and
deliverability.
- Build and maintain dashboards to
visualize campaign performance and actionable insights.
- Support A/B testing
initiatives—from experiment setup to results interpretation.
- Work closely with campaign
managers to refine targeting, segmentation, and audience strategies.
- Monitor deliverability health
and escalate potential issues.
- Identify new opportunities for
automation, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends,
compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and best practices in email marketing.
Required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business Analytics, or similar fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in email
marketing, CRM, or digital marketing analytics.
- Experience with SQL or similar
data querying tools.
- Hands-on experience with data
analytics platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Familiarity with ESPs such as
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of email
KPIs, testing frameworks, and optimization tactics.
- High proficiency in Excel or
Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail
and eagerness to learn.
Preferred
Skills (Nice to Have)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
for email formatting.
- Experience with CRM platforms
